Document Type - application

Setup document type with file naming rules, scan and archive parameters. File name can be defined using index fields.

Scan Index fields

Easy setup index fields per document type - application on scan level. Feature provides the ability to define fields per document type with type (string, number, date, list) and limits to secure data entry. Fields are available for data entry before scanning in order to provide metadata on batch level.

Document Index fields.

Easy setup index fields per document type - application on document level. Feature provides the ability to define fields per document type with type (string, number, date, list) and limits to secure data entry. Fields are available for data entry in web-based index module for each document (document level indexing)

Choose document type - application from list as defined in settings section.
Define index fields

Enter data in predefined fields per document type.
Scan

Prepare documents in scanner and scan. All scanner types with twain interface are supported. Flatbed and ADF scanner types are supported.

Choose application

Choose document type - application from list based on pending documents.
Define index fields

Enter data in predefined fields per document type.
Save & Get next.

Save current document and get next for indexing.

Choose application

Choose document type - application from list as defined in settings section.
Define search fields

Enter data in search fields. Scan and index fields are available for searching
Search

Get result list of documents based on defined search criteria. Documents can be saved and open for preview.
